Ensure excellent candidate experience and optimize processes using data.Department descriptionThe Marex Talent Acquisition team sits within the Global HR function and is dedicated to finding the very best talent for Marex across all of its offices globally. The team is responsible for delivering high quality candidates through optimal attraction strategies and efficient, fair processes as well as the creation and maintenance of all recruitment policies and procedures. We work with hiring managers to provide assistance with all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, as well as external recruitment providers on all aspects of talent acquisition.Overall ResponsibilitiesCandidate Management
- Schedule interviews, prioritize in hiring managers’ calendars, and respond to supplier inquiries.
Tracking & Posting
- Maintain internal tracking tools, create job postings on various platforms.
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding, induction.
Supplier Management
- Onboard new suppliers, manage agreements, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Candidate Experience
- Enhance the candidate experience and implement feedback initiatives.
Policy Development
- Assist in creating and implementing hiring policies and strategic initiatives.
Administration
- Oversees the processing of agency invoices and manages the talent acquisition inbox to ensure efficient communication and timely responses.
Standard Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the appropriate regulatory bodies.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
- Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
- At all times complying with the FCA’s Code of Conduct and Marex’s Code of Conduct
- To ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility
- To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required
- To escalate risk events immediately
- To provide input to risk management processes, as required

- In-house recruitment experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Experience with calendar automation tools and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
