Come join us.What will you doWe are growing our Product Marketing, GTM team to support our continued business growth and go-to-market strategy. As a Product Marketing Manager for the MidMarket Segment at HiBob, you will support pipeline creation and revenue goals for our midmarket prospect and customer base by conducting market and competitor research, planning our marketing strategy and supporting the associated sales strategy, crafting value-based messaging tailored for the segment, and create and package up the GTM collateral, tools, and enablement assets to support the field. You will become an expert on the value proposition and product offering for your segment, the associated market dynamics and competitive landscape, you will partner with global product marketers and product managers on feedback to improve product/market fit for your segment, and you will partner with marketing and sales to achieve your segment’s global pipeline and revenue goals.You are a strategist and storyteller with the right mix of creative and analytical skills. You’re a master of messaging and love to create, deploy and optimise messaging in the field. You’re curious about the market, competitors, prospects, and passionate about telling a clear, value-led story to drive revenue. You’re a flexible, enthusiastic team player who is cross-functional and love the thought of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A strong track record of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2B2C SaaS
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and executing successful go-to-market strategies that drive market awareness, new customer acquisition, and customer retention
  • Demonstrable success in developing strategic messaging that synthesises customer needs, business impact, product positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Proven ability to extract insights from research and translate those insights into go-to-market strategies
  • Skilled visual and written storyteller with a customer-centric approach to marketing
  • Ability to zoom in AND zoom out, looking at the big picture, at the details, and at how they connect together
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to be self-driven as well as take direction to drive results with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptable and able to work in a very fast-paced start-up environment with changing and evolving responsibilities
  • Create the essential value materials that will be used to train Marketing and Sales on the midmarket segment value proposition and positioning, and support associated sales teams to outreach and close deals
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales partners to provide market, competitor and customer insights for strategy and planning of the midmarket segment
  • Develop value proposition and business-outcome value messaging for the midmarket segment
  • Understand upcoming product launches and execute where relevant midmarket go-to-market strategies cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Create compelling midmarket specific marketing and sales content in formats such as web pages, video, one pagers, decks, battlecards, and more
  • Be the voice of the Midmarket Segment in the company: represent persona pain points for product planning, market opportunity and trends for marketing and sales planning, target ICP for campaign and content planning
  • Collaborate with our global marketing team on tailored marketing programs to drive market awareness and generate pipeline
