Key Responsibilities:

• Raw Material Handling: Lift, walk, and dispense pre-weighed raw materials (5-45 lbs) into blend and pre-mix tanks.
• Bag Handling: Lift and dispense 50-55 lb bags of powdered raw materials into blend tanks. You’ll be handling 1 to 5 bags per batch.
• Drum Movement: Safely move 55-gallon drums weighing between 100-700 lbs using a drum dolly.
• Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling dangerous chemicals.

What We’re Looking For:Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred but not required)

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong Math Skills: Ability to accurately calculate quantities and measurements.
• Hands-On Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively with your team.
• Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accurate handling and mixing of materials.

Physical Requirements:

• Heavy Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and move drums up to 700 lbs using proper tools and techniques.
• Active Work: Must be comfortable with physical tasks that require walking, lifting, and handling raw materials.
• Safety Compliance: Willing to wear protective equipment such as respirators and chemical-resistant clothing when required.
