Bilingual Tenant Services Coordinator – Contract to Permanent – 17740About the OpportunityOn behalf of our client located in the heart of downtown Ottawa, we are seeking a dynamic Bilingual Tenant Services Coordinator who thrives on providing exceptional customer service. This role will be the first point of contact for internal and external partners and will be responsible for managing tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all tenants.Duties include but are not limited to:
- Handle incoming calls and service requests, directing them to the appropriate staff or service providers with professionalism
- Manage the reception area, welcoming visitors and directing them as needed
- Manage and update property management systems, including creating and tracking work orders for maintenance tasks
- Regularly follow up with tenants to ensure service requests are completed satisfactorily and quality is maintained
- Draft and distribute tenant notifications and manage tenant contact information
- Oversee office organization, including supplies, filing, and handling incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Support the Property Management team with administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and document management
- Assist in planning tenant appreciation events and maintain event calendars
- Contribute to tenant satisfaction surveys and assist with other ad hoc marketing projects
About YouThe successful candidate will have the following:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French are a must
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a Reliability Security Clearance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), knowledge of property management systems a strong asset
- Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and adaptable with a professional attitude
About the JobThe role offers a pay range of $24.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a contract position to start, with the potential for permanent hire upon successful completion of the term. The successful candidate will be required to work in-office five days a week.
