Job Description:About Quartz Design SystemQuartz is an ecosystem that translates Schneider Electric digital standards into ready-to-use assets shared by designers and developers with transparency, efficiency and consistency.Your role :As a Product Manager for the Design System Core team, you will join a dynamic and fast-growing team dedicated to revolutionizing digital design within our organization. Your will manage a cross-functional design system team, aligning the vision of the design system with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of design excellence. You will play a crucial role in creating consistent, enjoyable, and memorable experiences for our users and customers.Your missions :Value Proposition and Communication
- Define the value proposition of the design system and establish success metrics.
- Gather and analyze feedback from the design system’s users.
- Communicate effectively about product features and updates.
Advocacy and Community Management
- Advocate for the Design System, promoting its usage and benefits.
- Manage and animate the design system community.
- Evangelize the mission and products.
- Establish and maintain trusting relationships with product teams and stakeholders.
Impact Measurement and Reporting
- Track adoption and usability across the product ecosystem.
- Report on component usage in code and design files.
- Set up and manage analytics tracking on the documentation site.
Backlog and Release Management
- Manage the backlog for new releases.
- Report on the impact of the design system to ensure ongoing investment.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on feedback and organizational goals.
Continuous Improvement and Discovery
- Continuously evaluate and improve the design system.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and external users.
- Set up discovery processes to identify new opportunities and enhancements.
Roadmap Definition and Stakeholder Communication
- Define the roadmap for the design system.
- Communicate key milestones and progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of the design system with organizational goals and priorities.
Collaboration and Methodology Development
- Collaborate with the core design team to establish methodologies and processes.
- Develop frameworks to enhance design expertise within the company.
- Facilitate workshops to align teams and promote collaboration.
Your profile :Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.Organizational agility and a deep understanding of the Product Development process, including agile and lean methodologies across both discovery and delivery phases.Extensive knowledge of Design Systems, bridging both Design and Engineering, and experience in building and maintaining a design system as a product.Excellent communicator and enjoy community management.Excel at facilitating workshops to align teams and promote collaboration.Strong ability to synthesize information and focus efforts on impactful outcomes.Adept at problem-solving and understanding technical issues and dependencies.Curious and constantly on the lookout for new trends and tools.Fluent in English.Even Better:

- Proven track record of driving significant impact in building applications appreciated by their users.
- Experience in change management, identifying areas for improvement in organization and processes to boost performance.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams across multiple tech hubs.
