Level Infinite is both publisher of breakout hit games like PUBG MOBILE and Goddess of Victory: NIKKE, and a collaborative partner in games such as Stunlock V Rising, Fatshark’s Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, Dune: Awakening from Funcom, Nightingale from Inflexion Studios and many more.Level Infinite is currently seeking a Production Director with experience in developing well-known games. The ideal candidate should have full project participation experience and a background in managing development relationships with multiple game studiosResponsibilities:1. Lead the production efforts, overseeing the entire tech gate review lifecycle of Level Infinite game projects from inception to postlaunch support.2. Plan and lead project schedules, milestones, and prioritization in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.3. Manage short-term and long-term resource and budget planning by working with the finance team.4. Develop scalable processes for project scheduling, prioritization, task tracking, and problem solving to achieve results while maintaining high standards of quality.5. Stay updated on industry trends and development methodologies to build an outstanding production culture.Who We Look ForRequirements:1. Strong organization and coordination skills, experience in organizing teams to achieve desired team goals.2. In-depth understanding of game development subject areas and pipelines, particularly in relation to AAA games and production.3. Familiarity with localization, quality assurance, submission, and build processes in game development.4. Experience in development relationship management with multiple game studios, preferably worked with international game studios.5. Self-motivated and proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and driven to build structure and order within the production process.6. English as working language to interact with stakeholders in various regions is a good plus.Why Join Us?
