You’re looking for an opportunity to be highly visible and absolutely integral to the growth and success of the business.To be successful, you’ll have:2-3 years of experience as a Product Manager, working with Engineers and Product Designers to deliver customer software solutions within an ecommerce storefront environment.A comfort with and knowledge of data and analytics to help you tell a story.Experience using Mixpanel, Databricks, SQL or similar.What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):As Product Manager at Perkbox Vivup, you’ll take accountability and ownership of the end-to-end user journey of the storefront for our benefits products.You’ll be monitoring, managing and improving conversion rate and funnel optimisation whilst working closely with Engineers, Designers, Marketing & GTM stakeholders to grow the business. The role also involves liaising with stakeholders and support teams to ensure business continuity, customer acquisition and overall process optimisation. User feedback is key, so you’ll conduct interactions with customers to understand and map opportunities.
