Our people are at the heart of our success, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for building exceptional teams.About the RoleAs a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our business is fully resourced with talented professionals. Your hiring managers and applicants are your clients, and you’ll focus on making their journey with Encore seamless, efficient, and enjoyable.You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding. Additionally, you’ll represent Encore at industry events, expand our talent networks, and refine our processes to ensure we stay at the forefront of recruitment excellence.What You’ll Do
- Strategic Hiring: Partner with hiring managers to nail the perfect fit for every role.
- Next-Level Sourcing: Headhunt and scout top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Event Superstar: Attend 20+ industry events a year to build our brand and connect with talent.
- Process Guru: Manage our ATS (Team Tailor) and refine recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Champion: Create a world-class candidate journey, ensuring every interaction is seamless and positive.
- Market Whisperer: Share insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and creative recruitment ideas.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment with a proven track record of success.
- Behaviours A passion for networking, headhunting, and making Encore the employer of choice.
- Skills: Attention to detail, multitasking wizardry, and tech-savviness (especially in ATS systems).

Encore offer a hybrid working policy with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.The salary range for this role is £35,000 – £45,000 D.O.E
