This executive leader will be responsible for leading the strategy on our DPA tools, such as Pegasystems, Power Automate and Salesforce. This person must evolve and lead a global Centre of Excellence at scale supporting the products and services that are used by our teams every day. They will partner and work directly with cross functional organizations company wide including enterprise architecture, product management, project management, enterprise operations, business partners, product teams and external partners. This executive will be responsible for effective executive stakeholder engagement, building technology roadmaps, strategic planning and demonstrating agile expertise with functional-technical-operational processes. They will need to understand the ongoing requirements of our business units and will help evolve our overall Process Automation Strategy, Governance and BI/Analytics ecosystem to support new tools and design shifts that enable the business to be successful in a constantly changing environment.Our Global Operations & Functions Technology team collaborates worldwide with our various business partners and customers, and this position requires working with teams in all of our strategic locations.Is this role right for you? - Collaborate with vendors and industry consultants to continuously learn and identify opportunities to advance our process automation strategy and delivery model for supporting our business partners.
- Facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including security, architecture, IT, business and infrastructure to drive quality delivery of complex programs.
- Accountability for CoE team integrity, product excellence, decision making, roadmaps, career development, client communications, and project outcomes.
- Inspire, build, lead, retain, develop and grow a world-class, global technology CoE team (technical, leadership, consulting, and functional skill sets)
- Look for opportunities to optimize reuse, enterprise software architecture, and delivery tools/methods that are targeted to increase productivity and reduce time to market.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
- 5+ years of experience leading IT product portfolios, systems delivery, and/or software engineering teams
- Exceptional thought leadership capabilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Deep knowledge of tools that are used to implement process automation, decisioning and robotics solutions – primarily Pegasystems, Power Automate and Salesforce, with knowledge of competitive offerings.
- Extensive experience with Delivery Strategy, Governance, and Management.
- Exceptional communicator with a strong ability to influence and build trust with executive stakeholders, employees, partners. Must be comfortable in presenting to both business and technical executives.
