We have over 30 different nationalities in our teams and work closely with teams of Google, Meta, Amazon and many others to learn and use the most of those technologies.We’re hiring for a Client Lead as part of Global Addressable in LondonPurpose of the RoleIs to provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. They are viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities; proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate and develop their team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client’s business.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness lead

  • Responsible for structuring, leading, and managing the pod to deliver business according to set targets
  • Input into shaping of your respective pod, which includes KPI’s, training and hiring of key members of the team
  • Managing the finance process, forecasting, and reporting to the business
  • Working with the framework provided by the Client Partner to succeed in hitting targets
  • Managing the Business – delivering the service proposition to clients and full end-to-end management of the business on individual clients

Client and Agency relationship

  • Managing the relationships between select agencies with dentsu and its clients to achieve revenue goals and build out commercial strategy
  • Client facing role which requires commercial acumen to play the role of educator, specialist and thought leadership in audience targeting, data management and programmatic/paid social buying
  • Pushing to exceed targets and be at the forefront of paid media innovation for GAM and its clients
  • Looking consistently on developing how we can “do things better” with paid media so that we are ahead of competition
  • Stakeholder Management – internal and external & local and global stakeholder management
  • Commercial and service ownership of client relationship – drives seamless delivery and profitability of account
  • Providing accurate plan details and updates to clients
  • Responsible for general client liaison and administration
  • Researching new market trends to incorporate into planning
  • Supporting brand leadership in performing client audits
  • Leading Client quarterly reviews
  • Leading performance reporting and governance to support performance goals and continuous improvement activities to make operations more effective for clients and businesses
  • Leading in implementing a continuous improvement culture to achieve improved media client management in coordination with Media and Performance Operations leadership
  • Driving the highest levels of financial control

Team Leader

  • Managing the team tasks, workload, resources and objectives
  • Regularly contribute to wider team initiatives beyond own team, such as training and new business
  • Undertaking training and education sessions with clients and agencies to improve programmatic knowledge within the group
  • Removing obstacles for the team members to proactively approach clients and identify areas of growth, renewal, upselling

Qualifications + Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, with a strong understanding of media planning and buying.
  • Strong knowledge in Programmatic and Paid Social buying.
  • Advanced experience with relationship management.
  • Advanced experience with service & solution frameworks & methods.
  • Advanced negotiation & influence skills.
  • Advanced project management and market research skills.
  • A passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
  • Experienced in team management
