What You’ll Do as an Administrative Specialist:
- Manage and distribute emails across team inboxes
- Set up rooms and equipment for live webinars
- Take notes during webinars and provide administrative support
- Organize files, contracts, and essential documentation
- Assist with government projects and contracts
- Participate in live conferences and events
What You’ll Bring:
- Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Military experience is a plus but not required
Work Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (fully on-site)
- Location: Renton, WA (bus accessible)
- Pay: $25/hour
