This Office Manager position is a temp to hire, role working with a manufacturer that specializes in electronic products. This position offers day shift schedule and great opportunities for growth and cross training!

In this role, you will be handling authorizing payments, Accounts payable and receivable, some payroll, procurement, and for the right person, even some HR matters!

Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Purchasing facility and production supplies
  • Verifying receipt of items and handling discrepancies
  • Data entry into Excel and Oracle
  • Processing orders, Managing reports
  • Procurement

    You will be successful in this role if you are a reliable, results oriented person who takes pride in their work!

      Office Manager Requirements:

      • 2 years experience in a manufacturing office manager role
      • Knowledge of Oracle is a plus!
      • Must be experienced in MS office – Word, excel, and outlook
      • Accounts Payable and Receivable experience
      • HR experience a PLUS!?

      Schedule:

      • Day Shift
        • Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

      Pay: $25-$28

      Location: South Chandler located on Chandler Blvd and Rural Rd (Not bus accessible)
