Voyago is hiring a Full-Time Call Taker!Your Role
- You are responsible for receiving calls, order entry, and providing education about the Inter-Community Shuttles to customer
- You provide a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced enviroment
- Your rate of pay for this position is $18.05 per hour
RequirementsRequirementsYour Profile
- You have intermediate to advanced English language skills
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You have 1 to 2 years of dispatch, call center, or logistics experience
- You have the ability to work independently
- You have excellent problem-solving skills
- You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed
- You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Excel, Word
- You are available to work Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm
