- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their core requirements and maintain a consultative approach.
- Proactively source passive candidates through a diverse range of sourcing methods (we welcome creativity here!)
- Advocate Treatwell, our culture and sales team and be a true ambassador of the business both internally and externally at grad fairs, meet-ups and other events
- Collaborate with the wider talent team, different sales departments and marketing to share best practices, new ideas and key projects
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimise our process and create the best experience for all stakeholders.
- Delivering a 5 star candidate experience, we hire a lot but we care deeply in doing it well. Candidate experience is for us a non negotiable!
About you:
- Proven experience recruiting sales positions (Account Executives and Field Sales Reps) in ideally a similar environment
- Fluent in both English and French
- Strong understanding of what makes a candidate good and what makes them extraordinary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (not only internally, we also want you to get creative writing job descriptions)
- Adaptable, comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Good understanding of Data, KPI on the hiring process
- Persuasive, able to push back on hiring leaders when required and use your expertise.
