· Ingénierie & TechniqueDescriptif du poste We are hiring for one of our clients, a leading company in the industrial sector, for the position of a Commercial Sales Representative (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI), based in Le Grand Quevilly.
The role offers a competitive salary range between €45,000 and €65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.This is a great opportunity to join an innovative company in a growing industry.Role Overview:
As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and developing a client portfolio, in line with the company’s commercial strategy, while achieving the sales objectives set by the sales management.Typical Accountabilities:
- Implement and achieve the commercial strategy defined by management within your geographical region.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities.
- Managing competitive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Analyze client needs and create a tailored prospecting plan.
- Monitor sector performance: sales volume, revenue, margins, complaints, etc.
- Collaborate with factories and internal teams to meet client demands.
- Provide regular sales activity reports using internal CRM tools.
- Ensure the proper execution of contractual agreements and follow-up on commitments.
- Promoting the company’s brand and corporate image.
- Adhere to all quality, safety, and environmental procedures in place.
The position requires a proactive, client-oriented approach and autonomy in managing your business development. You will play a key role in the company’s commercial strategy and contribute directly to its growth.This is a full-time permanent position available as soon as possible.
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Sales Representative with proven experience in managing key accounts in a B2B environment, ideally within the industrial packaging sector. The successful candidate should demonstrate autonomy, a proactive approach, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Profil recherché Required Expertise:
- Proven experience in managing key accounts in a B2B sales environment, with a focus on industrial sectors.
- Experience in an international industrial environment is highly desirable.
- Communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Analyzing market trends, assess client needs, and create tailored solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software and reporting tools for sales activity.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects and priorities.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the industrial or packaging sector.
- Experience in an international industrial context is a strong advantage.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and focused on delivering exceptional client service.
Education:
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a technical field (Bac +2 to Bac +5, BTS/IUT, or business school).
Languages:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential for interacting with international clients.
