This team is focussed on bringing together the best of Kantar Media to service clients such as the BBC, Sky, Amazon, IAB Europe and Ferrero to name a few.Your MissionAs an Insight Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our relationships with clients and inspiring them by giving them creative research solutions, compelling proposals and impactful insights. You will a member of a team responding to unique research briefs from a variety of media clients, developing reports, debriefs and workshops, and supporting business development to expand these accounts.Projects may span global markets and cover a variety of client needs including, but not limited to, market landscaping studies, customer research, brand and communications impact and effectiveness tracking and product and proposition development. The ideal candidate will relish variety and the opportunity to think creatively and have experience in working with clients from start to finish on a given project.Job RequirementsPlay an important and largely independent role in the delivery of Insight projects and services that delight clientsProject responsibilities from onboarding stage to finish, contributing to presentation of key outputsTake responsibility for your personal developmentSupport new business development through contribution to proposals, costings and finding opportunitiesEstablish partnerships with internal and external partnersRole RequirementsA desire to always deliver work that delights clientsOutstanding project management and organisational skills, able to take swift and sensible decisions during the project life cycle.A clear focus on project efficiency, ensuring projects run cost optimally and within agreed timescalesPro-activity is a mustA strong grounding in market research practice and approachesAwareness of and appreciation of the importance of standard Market Research quality requirementsOutstanding client service skills and ability to establish relationshipsExcellent spoken and written communication skillsHighly skilled in analysing quantitative data – firstly, finding the stories within the data, secondly, putting the story down in a clear and simple fashion, and thirdly, presenting the story confidently to clients.A teammate with a positive, encouraging and mature attitude to peers, junior staff and senior managementAspirations to coach others to learn and develop on survey design, analysis techniques, storytelling.At Kantar Media we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
