- Develop their regulatory compliance career and experience and ensure processes are carried out in line with current regulations.
- Undertake Compliance Monitoring and compliance reporting.
- Assist in compliance training across the business and engage / build relationships with key stakeholders.
Ideally you will be or have.
- A compliance background, and at least 2 years’ experience within, ideally a ‘Banking’ or ‘Investment banking’, a financial services environment.
- Knowledge of compliance reviews and FCA policies and advising on Compliance issues.
- Ideally an exposure banking regulatory compliance policy in the UK, (bonus if you have knowledge of trade-finance ).
