Sales Operations Coordinator | Home MadeJoin our Sales Operations team – a great first step into the world of Property Technology and Operations!This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in collaboration with our Sales team to coordinate and optimise our Sales Associates (those who conduct the viewings of properties) travel itineraries, manage landlord appointments as well as delivering the highest level of customer service to our renters. With a mix of CRM management, customer service, project management and planning, it’s a great place to develop core operations skills.Location: Southwark, London (office-based role – 1 day WFH post probation)Salary: Depending on experienceWorking Day and Time: 9am-6pm/10am-7pm Monday to Friday plus every other Saturday (advanced day in Lieu for Saturday work)Start Date: Please note that all hiring is currently for start dates in 2025.Working with us:

• Customer Service and Fostering Relationships: Build strong connections with landlords and tenants to ensure our scheduled events are executed flawlessly.

• Travel and Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate travel itineraries for our Sales Associates, and manage all calendar events seamlessly.
• Customer Communication: Keep our customers always informed with the latest and most relevant information regarding their appointments.
• Maximizing Viewings: Proactively seek opportunities to increase the number of property viewings facilitated by our Sales Team.
• Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits to keep our system updated with accurate property and access provider information.
• Timely Updates: Ensure Sales Associates, renters, and landlords are promptly informed of any changes.

• You have exceptional written and spoken verbal communication skills
