Are you an extrovert? Do you thrive in talking to people and building relationships? If so a medical manufacturing company out in Snoqualmie is looking to add
Customer Service Representatives
to add to their team.

You will be providing high level customer support, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems over the phone or via other communication channels like email or chat.

As a
Customer Service Representative
you will:

  • Answer inbound calls or respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels
  • Nurture and build relationships with customers
  • Document all transactions
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, or assist with technical troubleshooting.

Customer Service Representatives
 will have:

  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience
  • Be able to multitask and be organized
  • Call center experience is a plus.
  • Experience with data entry

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 5:00am – 2:30pm
  • Hybrid or Fully Remote

Pay:
$25/hr
