Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain the personnel schedule across multiple sites based on client requirements, personnel skills and training
- Collaborate with internal teams and publish weekly schedules
- Supporting turnaround initiatives by loading resource schedules and coordinating with internal teams for allocation of event resources
- Ensuring compliance with our company’s policies and procedures by tracking schedule variances (sick days, vacations, suspension, leave of absences, etc.)
- Help facilitate new hire onboarding by providing first day details and requirements, site and shift schedule, training and badge activation
- Coordinate personnel into specialized workforce teams based off specific training, skill-level, the schedule and resource availability
- Other duties as requested
Role Specifications:
- 3-5 years of work experience with similar duties is required
- 1+ years of direct work experience maintaining a year-round and project schedule is ideal
- A strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry is ideal
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills working in a people based service business is ideal
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Class 5 driver’s license with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
