Sustainability & impact – Infrastructure debt investment – Internship (6 months)Starting in February 2025Who we’re looking forSchroders Capital Infrastructure is looking for a Sustainability & Impact intern within its Infrastructure debt Investment team to support the continued growth of the infrastructure debt platform over the past nine years. The intern will be responsible for supporting the infrastructure debt team through challenging assignments related to Sustainability & Impact across investment, asset management and product-related deliverables.About Schroders CapitalSchroders Capital is the private investment house of Schroders Group, a world-leading asset management company with a heritage of 200+ years, managing $926bn AUM with 6,000+ employees. The main tasks include among others:· Non-financial analysis of our investment opportunities· Non-financial reporting preparation· Non-financial data management· Engagement activities· Preparation of presentations for internal and external use, coordination of ad-hoc responses to investors and prospect requests· Preparation of CSRD impacts to our activities· Non-financial data provider and S&I tools (climate risks…) market reviews· Market research ESG/sustainability trendsThe knowledge, experience and qualifications you need· Top-tier business school or university, with strong academic credentials including Sustainability and Impact / ESG specific trainings· Relevant prior internships in related fields (Sustainability & Impact, ESG on private markets)· Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel· Excellent written and verbal French and English communication skillsWhat you’ll be like· Critical thinking, problem-solving· Team player – willing to learn and to develop in a fast-growing team· Great attention to details, highly organized with a structured approach to deliverables· Curious with a “can do” attitudeRecruitment process1.
