Under general supervision of contract’s manager, the consultant is responsible for managing and completing assigned cases based on client’s request on travel-rated matters. Case management may include but not limited to ticket quotes, quotes comparison, trip arrangement, travel document preparation and advising alternatives to ensure travelers and UNICEF make informed decision on trip arrangement under efficiency and effectiveness principle according to UNICEF rules and regulations applicable.

To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ticket reservations with UN approved airlines.
  • Extensive experience in handling visa arrangement under complex requirement.
  • Solid knowledge different type of visa and travel document required.
  • Experience in working within UN system, Embassies, international non-profit organization.
  • Proven records in successful managing travel arrangement including document for emergency.
  • Highly Experience in working with government authorities on visa issues and travel document.
  • Good track records in working with large group of clients in multi-cultural environments.
