As a Legal Email Customer Support Agent, you’ll engage with potential claimants over email, guiding them through their eligibility for class action lawsuits. You’ll excel if you can follow detailed instructions, excel in accuracy and enjoy hands-on support from leadership. Your ability to provide precise and professional customer service while following detailed instructions will make you successful in this role.

Legal Email Customer Support Agent? Job Duties:

  • Answer and respond to email communications
  • Provide information about legal case settlement details, payment
    notifications, and more
  • Respond using scripted, legal information while providing friendly and professional communication
  • Speedy and accurate data entry

People who are passionate about customer service and have strong computer skills will thrive in this role!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Legal Email Customer Support Agent Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of relevant office-based experience such as customer service, administrative, or legal experience
  • Computer proficient and strong technical skills
  • Strong written communication (spelling and grammar)
  • Speedy and accurate data entry

Pay: $22- $23/hr
