A company that specializes in fixed asset and stockroom/warehouse
scanning systems is looking to hire on a Part-Time Office Assistant that
will help in a handful of areas of the business. They have been around since 1985
and their products are in 48 out of the 50 states.
This Part-Time Office Assistant position offers a great work-life
balance as you will only work 4-5 hours each day. If this sounds like the right

Part-Time Office Assistant Duties:
- Manage
and record financial transactions - Enter
sales, purchases, payments, and receipts into the accounting system –
QuickBooks - Create
and process purchase orders for equipment and supplies - Coordinate
with vendors to manage invoices, returns, and credits if needed
Part-Time Office Assistant Requirements
- 2+
years of bookkeeping experience - Proficient
in QuickBooks - Ability
to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Strong
attention to detail + excellent communication and organizational skills
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday,
8am – 12pm - (4-5
hours a day in office)
Pay: 25/hr
