The primary focus will be on teaching courses in the . In particular, the successful candidate will teach courses related to assembly language, hardware/software interface, operating systems, etc. (for example, , , ). There may also be the opportunity to teach other existing COMP courses, or to develop new courses in the candidate’s area of expertise.The successful candidate will develop/maintain an active program of research/scholarship in accordance with Mount Royal University’s (and the Faculty of Science and Technology’s) expectations regarding Research and Scholarship.
