Reporting into the senior marketing manager, this role will support the delivery of marketing plans spanning multiple business lines, enabling the business to enhance its reputation, win market share and build and maintain profitable client relationships.This is an exciting and varied role within a busy professional services marketing team.What you day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans across the full marketing mix, spanning multiple business lines and sectors.
  • Delivering globally defined campaigns and programmes at a local level as well as locally defined events and campaigns across the full marketing mix.
  • Support the growth team in developing a cohesive marketing plan that supports One JLL priorities and ensures that the core areas of focus are reflected in the plans and agreed by the business.
  • Originating and maintaining content for campaigns and owned channels.
  • Work alongside in-house PR, creative and digital teams to deliver marketing programmes that drive measurable business value.
  • Working with our CRM system to delivery client communications and define the MROI and measurable business value from our marketing programme.

Roles/ Responsibilities

  • Working collaboratively with the Senior Marketing Manager in the growth team and wider teams to manage the coordination, delivery and roll out of the agreed plans across all platforms.
  • Consult the business to design and create targeted marketing assets and collaterals for different direct and online touchpoints throughout the customer journey for identified target audiences and product groups.
  • Implement and amplify thought leadership, adjusting strategy and content to the market needs to improve brand performance.
  • Create strategic content, including direct and online marketing, development of collateral, case studies, social media posts, organising customer events, and create videos with a storytelling approach. Much of this would require execution support from our off-shore marketing team who you would work directly with.
  • Close collaboration with the wider EMEA Markets team, as well as the UK Marketing team, including Creative, Digital and our external agencies
  • Comprehensive, planning, analysis and reporting of key activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • B2B marketing experience with a focus on digital and content marketing.
  • CRM, marketing automation, web analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools).
  • Customer- and market-driven orientation with proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes.
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation and lead nurturing programs.
  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills, collaboration.
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast- paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organisational requirements.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Interpreting business line objectives into marketing objectives.
  • Conceptual skills to develop a common campaign model.
  • Experienced in copywriting, proofreading, and editing with a good eye for detail.
  • Can help direct the content and creative required for demand creation.
  • Exceptional project management skills within an agile methodology.
  • Experience managing stakeholders.
  • A strategic mindset and proactive solution-focussed workstyle
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to agreed deadlines.

Desired or Preferred Experience & Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of the CRE market would be beneficial – but not essential.
  • Experience in a global marketing ecosystem.
