Responsibilities:This opportunity will appeal to you if you are passionate about the role that recruitment plays in helping candidates achieve their personal and professional aspirations while enabling businesses to accomplish their goals by building mutually beneficial relationships with exceptional talent.You should have professional technical recruitment experience while working within Human Resources and be eager to expand your network of colleagues. You must be motivated and passionate about building and developing strong partnerships with new and existing clients by using a consultative approach to understand which of our services best fits their current needs.
- Engage in business development activities to consult and collaborate with hiring managers, understanding their specific needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.
- Conduct consultative discussions, perform interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including phone calls, meetings, social media, networking, and job boards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and processes.
Qualifications:As a Business Development Consultant, you are motivated, self-directed, and intrinsically driven to succeed. You demonstrate strong business acumen and are focused on exceeding client and candidate goals. You are confident, yet humble, empathetic, fun, and committed to always acting in the best interest of the candidate above all else.You should:
- Have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruitment.
- Be a CPHR member.
- Have experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage your Human Resources experience to understand the needs of both candidates and clients while managing and growing the business.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
