A well established manufacturing company in Mulkiteo is looking for a part-time Office Coordinator who’s interested in expanding their skills and making an impact on the day to day operations.

This company is the leading supplier and manufactures brackets, front panels, face plates, labels and overlays for many industries including aerospace, medical and military and defense companies. This family owned company has been established for over 20 years and serves more than 2000 customers. Customer satisfaction and quality of product is what they thrive for!  

They are in need of an Office Coordinator that likes to multi task, have good attention to detail and work in a manufacturing environment.This is a Temporary to Hire position that can start immediately!  

Part-Time Office Coordinator Job Duties:

  • Answering phones
  • Sales order processing
  • Filing and data entry
  • Help process shipments

Office Coordinate Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of office and customer support experience
  • Strong phone etiquette
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook and ERP or Accounting System  
  • Strong date entry skills

Schedule: Monday-Friday- choose your schedule!

8am-12pm, 10am-12pm, or 1pm-5pm

Compensation: $22-$24 per hour
