They deal with clients both in the UK and internationally.As a long-established agency, they pride themselves on their commitment to exceptional service and dignity in the day-to-day operations within the Oil & Gas sector, as well as being proud to partner with some truly unique tech companies.What is the role?The company is now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help with both the existing client base and to bring on new ones. Once won, they will be maintained and serviced in the usual fashion by supplying top-tier candidates for review.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas sector, strong recruitment skills, and a passion for connecting top talent with organisations across the sector.They will also have an established network within the sector, and be able to win their own clients and service them accordingly. Strong communication and resilience is a mustKey Responsibilities:
- Win, Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas sector, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques to identify, attract, and engage top candidates in Oil & Gas across various disciplines.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments related to the Oil & Gas landscape to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Mentor and lead recruitment consultants as the team grows, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment, preferably within the Oil & Gas Sector Sector
- Proven track record of billings within the industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, and key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute to Woking at least 3 times per week.
- Strong sales acumen.
