You will ensure that the recruitment system and various workflow trackers are maintained and up-to-date as well as support with candidate screening and interview scheduling.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the TABPs and Associates with managing their active vacancies, ensuring the online Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Networx and the various workflow trackers are up to date and accurate
  • Help the hiring managers write suitable job descriptions and review existing JDs for bias and restrictive language
  • Write recruitment adverts and post them on various job boards to aid candidate attraction
  • Assist in reviewing and assessing candidate applications including short-listing and initial screening
  • Manage the coordination and administration of interview scheduling
  • Assist in the onboarding of successful candidates alongside HR to ensuring a seamless end to end candidate experience
  • Support the reporting of information gained from recruitment systems or external sites
  • Manage the shared TA inbox, ensuring emails are responded to quickly
  • Support various projects across TA and HR designed to improve diversity & inclusion, positive candidate journeys, employee branding and general process improvements etc.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider HR team when required

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, effective in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, working to tight timescales whilst maintaining high quality and accuracy
  • Demonstrable right-first-time approach to delivering exceptional customer experience
