That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential.​​DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role​We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager to support our global tax initiatives.As a Group Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager, you will play an important role in our finance department, contributing to our global tax strategy and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations. You will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our tax data and processes, as well as providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making. You will work closely with finance specialists to support our tax reporting and compliance initiatives. You will be based at the HQ in Boulogne-Billancourt. You will report to the Group Tax Director.​As a Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager you will:​

• Analyze the Tax Package (tax proofs, current and deferred taxes as per IAS 12), investigate discrepancies, and liaise with local CFOs.
• Monitor global tax positions, including income taxes, other taxes, uncertain tax positions, and cash flow.
• Prepare tax reconciliations and documentation for financial statements; produce the Group tax proof and present it to auditors.
• Oversee Transfer Pricing policies and compliance with OECD guidelines, including intercompany transactions and reporting (Country-by-Country, Pillar 2).
• Support audits, respond to tax authority inquiries, and manage tax risks through mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular reviews of tax positions and assist with compliance data for tax returns and filings.

​​QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you​The ideal Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager:​

• Proficient in tax reporting, tax accounting (IAS12), and accounting principles, including financial statement analysis.
• Familiar with global tax topics such as transfer pricing and tax treaties.
• Over 5 years of experience in a tax accounting role, ideally in an international environment (e.g., Big 4 tax auditor).
• Proficient with finance tools like Excel and OneStream.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with global stakeholders with a service-oriented approach.
• Holds a Master’s or university degree in accounting, finance, or tax
• Fluent in French and in English
