Key Responsibilities:As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success for both clients and your team. Your responsibilities include:
- Engaging Client Meetings: Use provided sales scripts to deliver impactful virtual presentations, building rapport and trust.
- Tailored Solutions: Assess client needs to deliver personalized, high-value solutions.
- Strengthening Client Relationships: Maintain ongoing support and guidance to foster long-term trust and loyalty.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and motivate team members to meet or exceed sales goals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Collaborating on Strategy: Work closely with colleagues to innovate and improve processes for maximum efficiency and results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Sales or Leadership Experience: Prior experience in sales or management roles is preferred, but goal-oriented, coachable individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and adept at relationship-building.
- Leadership Potential: Natural ability to inspire, mentor, and lead within a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Insurance Licensing: While an insurance license is preferred, we provide full support for the licensing process if needed.
