We listen to customers, claimants and our colleagues to help our continual learning and development.We are currently hiring an Assistant Unit Coordinator for a 12 month contract, where you will be in a client facing role working alongside a team of clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.As Assistant Unit Coordinator you will be responsible for the daily running of the assessment centre, liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues, and overseeing the administrative tasks of the centreGeneral/Additional duties:
- Monitoring and overseeing the administrative tasks of the centre;
- Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations;
- Managing client appointments;
- Meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases.
- Document attendance to spreadsheets using EXCEL –
- Complete courtesy calls to claimants
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:To be considered for this role, you must have customer service/reception experience and be confident in dealing with the general public in difficult situations. Experience of working clinical environment would be an advantage, but training will be providedSKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Good customer service/ admin experience
- Experience in Microsoft Experience working in clinical environment preferred
- Good Knowledge of GDPR
