We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operational Finance Coordinator to support financial operations and business processes in an expanding region. This role is crucial in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our varied business needs.Responsibilities and Duties

  • Business Process Optimization:
  • Assist business teams in streamlining and standardizing processes.
  • Ensure accurate data flow between internal systems and core accounting platforms.
  • Business Decision Support:
  • Develop financial evaluation systems for products and marketing solutions.
  • Facilitate resource allocation mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Understand and analyze data sources and system relationships.
  • Coordinate and extract cross-system data for actionable insights.
  • Evaluate and implement business analysis requests using robust data models.
  • Operational Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Monitor product profitability, identify risks, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Taxation and Compliance:
  • Support tax-related tasks, including tax planning and local compliance reporting.
  • Assist with tax number applications in newly expanded regions.
  • Financial Oversight:
  • Manage operating income, costs, transfer pricing, budgeting, and related financial activities.
  • Additional Tasks:
  • Handle ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the Finance Department.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years in finance or accounting, with preference for taxation expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge: Telecom industry familiarity is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced Excel and analytical abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Quick learner with solid commercial acumen.
  • Certifications: ACCA or equivalent qualification.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Eligibility: Full right to work in the UK without restrictions.
