Exciting Opportunity: Full-Time Teachers Needed in NailseaTeaching Personnel is on the lookout for two passionate teachers to join a supportive Secondary School team in Nailsea. These roles are available for an immediate start, and primary-trained teachers are welcome to apply, as the school operates a primary-style teaching model.We are hiring for two positions: * KS4 Class Teacher
- Year 7 Class Teacher
Both positions are suited to individuals with experience or a strong interest in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) education. Whether you’ve worked in a specialist SEMH school or have supported SEMH students in mainstream settings, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact.Why Join Us?
- Small Class Sizes: Teach no more than 8 students per class, with the dedicated support of a full-time Teaching Assistant (TA).

What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience: Prior teaching experience is preferred, but newly qualified teachers (NQTs) with a passion for SEMH education are encouraged to apply.
- Clearance: A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete a new DBS check.
- Desirable Skills: Experience working with SEMH children or the ability to confidently manage and respond to challenging behavior.
