The I-AM Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing and improving the commercial operational performance of the named client rollout, ongoing success and other commercial initiatives, with a focus on enhancing client experience and ensuring efficiency. This position involves defining and implementing robust commercial project management frameworks, improving processes, and being the internal advocate for client needs. The I-AM Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of our major accounts in EMEA & APAC, ensuring a seamless client experience and operational efficiency .What you’ll be doing…Project Planning and Monitoring:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project planning documentation (e.g., deliverable trackers, Gantt charts, risk registers) to monitor day-to-day operations for the commercial team, ensuring proactive risk mitigation.
  • Present regular reports to the Internal Account Manager (IAM) and senior management team, maintaining visibility of project progress and identifying potential risks.

Client Journey Optimization:

  • Map the end-to-end customer journey, from contract/prospecting to ‘go live,’ to define clear customer expectations and streamline processes.
  • Analyze and improve the contracting process, proposing innovative amendments to alleviate pressures on the contracting team.

Process Improvement and Reporting:

  • Design and implement efficient processes for managing additional product/project requests, enhancing internal and external visibility and reporting.
  • Support commercial reviews for names client rollouts, utilizing project documentation to track progress and manage risks effectively.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the primary contact for client procurement and training requests, allowing account managers to focus on client growth and retention.
  • Collaborate creatively with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges, particularly in contracting and client retention.

Sustainability and Future Planning:

  • Act as the lead representative for Salesforce and other system enhancements and create a roadmap for onboarding future major accounts.
  • Ensure processes are scalable for future client rollouts and sustainable for long-term success

General Expectations:

  • Serve as the internal voice of the client, advocating for their needs across various teams and levels.
  • Provide coverage at client events when account managers are unavailable.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to challenges, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies.

What you’ll bring to us…

  • 5+ years professional experience in client operations and/or project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a strong ability to communicate across a range of diverse cultures and corporate levels,
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to understand hospitality industry and hotel infrastructure, the technology within hotels, and interfaces with/ to IDeaS
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment by working both independently and as part of a team meeting dead-lines and expectations
  • Ability to establish and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various levels, particularly senior management and C-level to instill confidence and trust
  • Excellent listening skills to provide the right short and long-term IDeaS products and services, that support the clients goal and visions and are aligned with clients’ objectives
  • Manage and lead positive meetings to ensure all important matters are discussed effectively and efficiently and outcomes are clearly captured
  • Strong business acumen, combined with the ability to translate complex business problems into workable solutions. This includes knowledge about how businesses work, business trends and the implications to their business, strong competitive knowledge, and how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.
