A leading diversified OEM is seeking a Director,
Operation and Continuous Improvement to join their team!

This company specializes in providing
engineering, manufacturing, and logistics solutions for various industries,
including automotive, medical devices, electronics, and more.

Director, Operation and Continuous Improvement Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of branch operations,
    including production, staffing, inventory, quality control, and logistics to
    ensure efficient, high-quality output.
  • Manage and mentor a team of managers, ensuring
    alignment with company goals and promoting accountability and performance
    across the team.
  • Lead and execute continuous improvement projects
    using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to optimize processes, reduce
    waste, and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve
    operational processes, increase productivity, and maintain cost control across
    all departments.

You will be successful in this role if you have
expertise in continuous improvement and operations management.

Schedule: Monday – Friday,
flexible day shift hours.

Director, Operation and Continuous Improvement Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in operations management with experience in a
    leadership role overseeing branch operations and other managers.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading
    continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) in a
    manufacturing environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the
    ability to communicate effectively with teams, clients, and senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related
    field.

Compensation: $120,000
to $140,000 annually.
