Let’s talk!As a Sourcing Specialist you’ll be at the forefront of Talent Acquisition, responsible for identifying and engaging top – tier candidates to meet our organisation’s hiring needs. Using your expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate outreach techniques, you’ll search various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates who align with our Investment Banking client’s values and requirements.Key AccountabilitiesThings you will do:As a Sourcing Specialist you’ll support with hiring specialist and niche talent and will work on some of the more complex hiring needs that require strong business partnering skills and innovative approaches to finding and engaging with in demand candidates.

  • Fully utilise the Applicant Tracking System to manage candidates and ensure that activities are conducted timely. Ensure data accuracy and quality are maintained through all processes.
  • Pro-actively search for candidates and have high quality, consultative conversations with them, qualifying their suitability for current or future roles.
  • Be accountable for the delivery of high quality, engaged candidate shortlists to your Hiring Managers with accurate and complete information to help them make informed hiring decisions. As a Trusted Advisor, make clear recommendations on your shortlisted candidates.
  • Engage with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to prepare for and take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice, constructively challenging when needed to add value to discussions.
  • Develop own network of sector-specific candidates and utilise networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates (i.e., referrals from referrals, cold-calling, etc.)
  • Actively utilise LinkedIn – not just with your Recruiter license to create projects, however, to post compelling content such as videos, insights and talk about your roles and client business areas.
  • Build and develop talent pools of qualified candidates utilising our CRM and managing candidate communications to ensure talent pools remain relevant.
  • Manage sourcing/recruitment process up to the offer stage

Skills & ExperienceWhat you need to have to be successful:Must Haves:

  • Experience of sourcing within a Front Office area (specifically Commodities, FX, Equities, Sales and Trading).
  • Experience of creating and posting compelling information about roles on LinkedIn
  • Solid and proven experience of pro-active sourcing including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter as a sourcing tool
  • Strong senior stakeholder management skills and experience
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Client interaction experience

Nice to haves:

  • Experience of using Oracle and Avature
