Share your energy and make a difference – join us!As a Global Social Media & Community Manager (m/f/d) you will report to Global Social Media Content Manager in the Sales & Marketing Engine Room based in Obernai or Blieskastel for a fixed term contract for 6 month.You will contribute to the success of our social media strategy, lead the Global Hager channels, and support local teams on content, strategy, influencer and community management.What you will do?Reporting to the Global Social Media Content Manager, you will join our dedicated team and actively contribute to optimize the impact of our initiatives’ to accelerate our brand awareness.In this role, your main missions will be to:
- Co-develop, implement and optimise the global Hager Social Strategy using social listening, social influencing, and social networking best practices
- Take ownership of the Hager Global social media channels, monitoring daily, scheduling content, creating conversations and building relationships with global brand advocates
- Supporting countries with their Social Media & Content Strategy developement and speeding up the launch process by clear guidance
- Coordinate social media content production, both in partnership with agencies and day-to-day using adobe suite and other image/video editing tools
- Stay up to date with social & content trends, including emerging channels. Advise on a global level new opportunities and pitch to wider team
What about you?
- You have a university degree in digital marketing or social media and at least 3 years of experience in social media and content marketing strategies.
- You have strong expertise in social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Brandwatch), with the ability to leverage data to evaluate strategic and business performance.
- You are sensitive to content, human behavior, and emotional dynamics, with strong project management skills in cross-functional environments.
- You are highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, with excellent communication, leadership, and change management abilities.
- You have native-level English proficiency; French or German would be a plus.
