The ideal candidate will have at least 5 GCSEs at grade 5 and above, including Maths and English, and be ideally educated to A-Level or equivalent standard. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop relationships and build trust are essential. We value an organised and efficient approach, with the ability to thrive in a busy team environment. A strong work ethic and a focus on delivering projects on time and to a high standard are key.While previous marketing experience or qualifications would be a bonus, they are not essential.
