They walk through the door and feel like they are at home, our clubs are a place to relax and socialise and we encourage a sense of community and belonging that being part of a club brings.What you’ll doProvide general club orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, gym and poolWelcome and acknowledge each guest and member with a smile, eye contact and a friendly welcome, using their name when possibleCarry out regular Health & Safety checks, pool testing, sauna and steam room checksProcess new members sign upsMaintain cleanliness of workstation, gym, locker rooms, poolside, sauna and steam roomDispose of rubbish and dirty linens in the correct areaClean and stock supplies and amenities in the locker roomsReport accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager, support with first aid if requiredMonitor the pool area and ensure users are safe and adhering to rulesAnticipate and address guests’ service needsWhat we’re looking for

• A pool plant, pool lifeguard and or first aid qualification are desirable, although we support your training to obtain these qualifications
