Remote Ecommerce Customer Service Representative in Hollywood, California

Description

An iconic CPG firm is looking to hire 15 US based Customer Service Representatives immediately. These roles are full remote. The business hours are 6 am PST to 9 pm PST seven days a week. We are ideally looking for candidates who have availability every day of the week, but you will only be scheduled for 40 hours with occasional overtime. Once you are booked on a schedule you will remain on that schedule (it won’t change weekly). Candidates will need to use their own laptop. Job duties will include responding to tickets via email, chat and SMS. Candidates with experience using the platforms Kustomer, Shopify, and NetSuite are ideal, but we will consider candidates with experience in similar ticketing systems such as Zendesk. Due to an increase in business this firm is hiring for 15 CSR reps to start on January 6th, 2025. We are looking for candidates to give a 60-day commitment to start. For the top performers, there is a chance that this will a long term, indefinite assignment. Previous customer service, ecommerce and retail experience is highly preferred.

Requirements • Proven experience in Call Center Customer Service

• Proficiency in using CRM – Customer Relationship Manager tools

• Demonstrable skills in delivering excellent Customer Service

• Prior experience in a Call Center environment

• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks

• Skilled in Typing Data Entry
