  • Compensation: Salary ranging from ÂŁ90,000 to ÂŁ100,000 + 0.5% – 1% equity, with a higher annual salary as revenue scales. Opportunities for progression and salary increases can be discussed during the interview process.
  • Time off: The annual leave policy is 40 days, including public holidays.
  • Location & Ways of Working: The role is fully remote and flexible across the UK, but working onsite from London is an option. Ideally, candidates are commutable from London for in-person collaboration days every other week. Quarterly in-person meetings are held to work together efficiently and stay aligned.
  • Hiring Process: The four-stage interview process lasts over 2–3 weeks and totals approximately 4 hours.
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Right to Work: Applicants must have the long-term right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

  • Own the Build: Architect and develop Givver’s core platform, creating scalable, robust systems that reimagine payroll and HR from the ground up.
  • Obsess Over Customers: Work directly with our customers to deeply understand their challenges—no middlemen, no filters, just unvarnished insights—and translate their needs into world-class solutions.
  • Leverage AI to Innovate: Harness the power of AI to automate complex processes, enhance compliance, and deliver actionable insights to our users in real-time.
  • Move Fast, Deliver Faster: Build, ship, and iterate at lightning speed. Roll out features, optimise performance, and push boundaries without waiting for perfection.

👨‍🎤 What You Bring

  • Founder or Early Employee DNA: You’ve been in the thick of it—launching startups, scaling teams, or building at lightning speed—and you’re ready to do it again.
  • Technical Excellence:
  • Strong expertise in full-stack development using tools like TypeScript, Next.JS, PHP, Python, and PostgreSQL.
  • Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable architectures, with a focus on performance and security.
  • Ready to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines from the ground up to support rapid, production-grade deployments at scale.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications and deployment.
  • Customer-Driven Problem Solver: You’re passionate about talking directly to customers, uncovering their biggest pain points, and delivering solutions they can’t live without.

Duration: Up to 3 hours, including both sync and async work. * Final InterviewJoin us for a strategic discussion with the team, where we’ll align on Givver’s vision, your role in scaling the company, and how we’ll disrupt the HR and payroll space together.
