- Be the Voice of Pearl West: Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email, chat, and phone, delivering exceptional service with every interaction.
- Resolve Challenges: Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that leave customers delighted.
- Enhance the Experience: Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and proactively recommend changes to elevate their experience.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, logistics, and marketing teams to resolve issues and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track and Optimize: Use our tools to document customer interactions, analyze trends, and help us streamline processes.
- Contribute to Growth: Provide feedback and insights to the team to enhance our products and services.
What We’re Looking For
- A Customer Advocate: Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and ensuring their satisfaction.
- A Problem-Solver: Quick on your feet and resourceful in resolving challenges.
- An Excellent Communicator: Clear, professional, and empathetic in written and verbal communication.
- A Tech-Savvy Team Player: Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, with a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
- Experience in Service: Previous customer service experience in e-commerce, retail, or a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Availability: Able to work shifts that include evenings or weekends, as needed.
