Permanent positionHours of work: 37.5 hours per weekSalary: £38,000 to £43,000 per annumLocation: Membury, HungerfordDynamite recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established company who have offices up and down the UK. Our client is seeking an experienced recruiter to help support the business.As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Provide Hr advisory support to multiple sites within the group
- Manage the new starter and leavers administration.
- Issue employment contracts.
- Manage the on-boarding of new staff
- Liaise with the finance team on payroll issues and checks.
- Support with exit interviews, collating data to identify trends and report this to senior management.
- Manage all ER related needs and enquiries
- Aid the hiring managers with the creation of job descriptions.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide accurate and regular reports.
The ideal Recruiter/ HR Advisor:
- Will have 2-3 experience within a HR role
- Must have CIPD Level 5 or 7
- Will have had detailed ER experience
- Will have good communication skills
- Experience being a Level 1 user for Visa/immigration process
- Will have good accuracy and attention to detail
- Must have a Full UK Driving License role involves travel
- Be a team player and have a “Can Do” attitude
