Description

Team8 is hiring an exceptional Marketing Manager in Tel Aviv to enhance and strengthen the Team8 cyber and data brand through various marketing channels, including events, thought leadership, digital platforms, PR and more.

As the Marketing Manager, you will report to the CMO, based in Israel, and will work closely with the group’s leadership on creative, thought provoking and unique marketing initiatives.

Within the scope of this role, you will work with Team8’s company builders, investors and thought leaders to create fresh content; with our business development teams to enhance opportunities for our companies; and with the Team8 Cyber and Data Villages – global communities of c-level executives, on industry initiatives that make an impact. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically and thoughtfully develop the Team8 brand in the cyber and data / AI domains
  • Drive thought leadership and content creation, staying ahead of the curve in understanding trends, insights, and developments in cyber, data and AI.
  • Assist in creating a marketing strategy, inspired by conversations and brainstorming with experts across Team8 and our companies.
  • Develop and edit various content assets, such as presentations, case studies, white papers, one-pagers, landing pages, press releases and webinars. You will also drive thought leadership partnerships with strategic partners. 
  • Contribute creative ideas to support key brand goals, such as growing inbound organic traffic, blog subscribers and more.
  • Overseeing PR, working closely with our PR manager and firms. Engage in announcements and press releases as well as initiate interviews and prepare Team8 partners and employees for them. 
  • Use various analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.

Requirements

  • Successful track record of driving marketing programs in global startups or VC organizations
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity – Must
  • Highly creative in marketing projects
  • Expertise in brand building and in establishing thought leadership programs that drive impactful results
  • Exceptionally strong writing and passion for copy-editing of all marketing collateral types
  • Comfortable using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content and tell a compelling story.
  • Native English Speaker/ Very High Level, both verbal and written – mandatory
  • Aptitude to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environment, with multiple stakeholders
