Salary – £25,000 per annum (FTE) plus excellent companywide benefits.

Part Time: 20 hours per week.

Position Summary

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for an administrative role in a dynamic environment? We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team at the Nestle Waters Factory in Buxton, Derbyshire.

A day in the life of a Site Administrator

As site administrator you will provide administrative and secretarial services for the Buxton Factory Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the site with general purchase order management, including raising orders for site facility management.

  • Manage site communications, including screens and newsletters.

  • Ensure all Nestlé and agency staff have access to locker facilities.

  • Create a welcoming environment for visitors and manage conference and meeting rooms, including ordering refreshments.

  • Maintain and replenish site stationary to meet set targets.

  • Organize and promote the factory’s involvement in community affairs, Charity of Choice, and events, in alignment with the Sustainability Manager.

  • Support the management of employee recognition programs, including the supply and tracking of instant recognition vouchers.

  • Act as a Wellness Champion, supporting health initiatives on-site and organizing site health checks. This may also involve managing any product donations received on-site.

What Will Make You Successful?

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles is preferred.
