- Plan, organize, present and coordinate outdoor events in collaboration with our team and Partner
- Conduct site walk throughs with pertinent team members, third party contracts and our Partner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, contractors and Levy team members
- Adequately forecast and schedule associates to meet desired operational needs and objectives
- Recruit and onboard team members
- Achieve labour targets and budget targets
- Ensure a successful guest experience and operation for each event
- Act as a point of contact for the Director of Beverage & Compliance with regards to our beverage partners
- Maintain beverage programs and complete projects as required by the Director of Beverage & Compliance
- Forecast and work in conjunction with the warehouse management team to ensure inventory management, load ins and replenishment for outdoor events are successful
- Participate in monthly inventory audits
- During events, work with unit managers to monitor and enforce compliance of the alcoholic beverage commission regulations, including AGLC requirements
- During events, regularly conduct audits and ensure portion control is maintained, including but not limited to ice portions and draft pours
- Adhere to all company health and safety quality standards and regulations, including conducting weekly, monthly and quarterly inspections to ensure that service delivery meets specifications, customer expectations, and quality assurance standards

- Experience in successfully running operations with outdoor festivals, preferably in a food and beverage capacity
- Experience in food and beverage leadership operations
- Crowd management experience
- Demonstrate an ability to manage priorities and manage stress well
- Ability to work independently while possessing strong teamwork skills
- Have a developed business sense and a refined customer approach
- Be meticulous, organized, rigorous and pay excellent attention to detail
- Be proficient in Office suite software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Extensive experience in professional relations
- Financial management skills, including weekly reduction of inducible costs and labor costs
- Outstanding ability to communicate and build good customer relationships
