Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in participating in habilitative, behavioral, and recreational activities
- Administer medication, provide physical support, and report any concerns to supervisors
- Help with daily tasks like personal care, hygiene, and developing social skills, encouraging a full and active life
- Drive state vehicles to take individuals to appointments, work, and other activities
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of direct care experience in a similar role
- Able to provide physical assistance, including lifting and supporting individuals as needed
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate state vehicles
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19
