What you’ll bring to the team:Love seals and puffins? Make them your coworkers!We’re hiring Front of House Hosts at the Cornish Seal Sanctuary, where the wildlife is as curious as our guests!As a Front of House Host, you’ll:
- Be the first point of contact for guests, offering a warm welcome and providing information about their visit.
- Assist with admissions, ensuring the correct ticket type is processed and maximizing visitor spends.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the admissions and retail areas.
- Help stock retail displays and assist with sales, promoting SEA LIFE-related products.
- Deliver entertaining talks and assist with events, school bookings, and birthday parties.
- Handle guest queries, ensuring all interactions are positive and professional.

- Experience in customer-facing roles with a friendly, can-do attitude.
